| Reviewers Comments: We've had Worksmart/Panterra Networks system for 3 years. The features are very good - no problem with that part of the services. Early on we had a lot of service problems (i.e. down for 2-3 hours per day), and also had a lot of call quality problems. In the last year the reliability has been much better and the call quality good about 90% of the time. However, they are constantly screwing up the bill and month to month I never know what it will be. They also bill us for outbound minutes. For 5 users we are spending close to $400 per month. I am now shopping for another service which will be more cost effective for us. |

| Reviewers Comments: The features provided by WorkSmart are plentiful and the system is relatively reliable. I'm happy with most every encounter that I have had with either sales people or customer service reps. The only real downside to the system that I'm not too fond of is the price. I pay a pretty good amount monthly and I am considering possibly going elsewhere. I have no reason to leave due to any facet of the service, its just that the cost is making me second guess my decision a bit. I have heard of some other providers that have much better prices but I'm skeptical as to whether or not their service is at least equivalent. WorkSmart has been good despite the seemingly high prices. |
