Voizzo Review by WhichVoIP

The Company

Voizzo, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, provides VoIP phone and Unified Communication services for small to large sized busineses locally and nationwide.

The Good

Based on information from their website they have a single plan called the Business Pro Plan. This plan starts from $19.99 per user per month. There is no other indication on what the pricing tiers might be or if they have pricing based on certain feature sets.

The Business Pro Plan has no up-front costs (so may include a phone per user or they may provide a lease program for phones) and it mentions choosing a term that best fits your needs. This may have some impact on pricing also, whether you request monthly service or select longer terms.

All features are included in the pricing. There is a long list of features available on their website. Features include call forwarding, call logs, call recording, call transfer, call waiting, conferencing, call park, do not disturb, instant messaging, intercom, music on hold, ring/hunt groups, 3-way calling, voicemail, a web user portal, auto attendants, paging, and business SMS. They also have a Salesforce integration and you can access their API.

The Voizzo mobile application (App) allows you to make and receive calls while on the go, using your business phone number. It also has SMS built in so you can send and receive text messages with your customers. You can access your phone system features and set up from the App also giving you a lot of control on the go.

They utilize four (4) data centers across the USA in Las Vegas, Minnesota, New York City, and Dallas. This provides the reliability and security that businesses depend on for their communications and they quote a 99.99% uptime.

Voizzo offers a range of Yealink phones, including the T27G, the T29G, the T46S, the T54W, and the T58A desk phones. They also offer the Yealink CP960 conference phone and the Yealink W60P cordless DECT phone system. There is no pricing for the phones and as noted above Voizzo also state no up-front costs. It may be that they offer a lease program for the available phones.

It is not clear what the customer service and support times are but there is a toll free number on their website that you can call and they also have their customer portal that may have some way to contact them also.

Voizzo offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that specifies core services for a 99.99% uptime, and supporting services for a 99% uptime. Any down time does not include outages due to scheduled maintenance periods. The customer is eligible for a 5% discount if the level of service drops to between 95.1% and 95.9%, and a 10% discount if the service level drops below 95%. The discount is for the month when the service level dropped.

The Bad

There is no clear pricing structure available on their website so you will need to contact them directly to get pricing for your needs.

There is no support section or knowledgebase available on their website.

The Fair Usage Policy limits calls to landlines and mobiles to 1,000 minutes per month per user. This is relatively low compared to many other providers (typically 3,000 to 5,000 minutes per month). Voizzo reserve the right to charge you 2.5c per minute for any overages.

You have to provide 60 days notice of cancellation.

The Bottom Line

  • Business Pro Plan starting from $19.99 per user per month.
  • Long feature list, includes auto attendants, voicemail, and call forwarding.
  • A mobile App is available for calls, SMS, and system feature access while on the go.
  • Various Yealink IP phones offered but no pricing is available. Possible lease program.
  • A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is offered to customers with discounts if service level drops.

Overall Thoughts

Based on the information available Voizzo sounds like a feature rich phone and communication service at an affordable price point. The ability for phone calls, conferencing, video calls, messaging, and SMS provides for a nice compact solution. If you are looking for lots of integrations though they may not be the solution for you, but you can always call them to check.

Overall, if you are researching different options then Voizzo are worth a call to find out more about pricing for your specific needs, particularly if you are in the Dallas, Texas area.
