Unlike other providers that use mediocre equipment, FreedomOperator mandates the use of Polycom equipment which is high quality and the service has been excellent. Would like to see more aggressive pricing but quality is worth it.

I have been having problems with my voicemail features on this service. At first I thought that it might have just been the phone but since the other phones on the system were experiencing the same troubles I decided that it would just be better to cut my losses and change providers. The service was good in that they tried to help solve the problem but was ultimately unsuccessful. Not very reliable but okay if you're not in need of day to day phone use.
