| Reviewers Comments: We have had a great experience with CBeyond. We have been with this company for about 3 months now and we had a smooth transition with no problems so far. Our sales rep was great and professional and I would definitley recommend their servces. I know from past experiences of switching phone companies that our wiring set up contributed to alot of our problems. CBeyond was awesome at trouble shooting that problem and fixed everything! The savings for our data and security back up along with consloidating our services has been very helpful and we run more efficiently now! Thumbs up! |

| Reviewers Comments: They just will not fix problems. My phones have not worked properly in 3 weeks and No matter how many times I call in And I have called in over 20. They will not resolve the issue. They have never not once in 20 calls begging them to call me and update me on progress call me. Do not use these people what ever you do. |

| Reviewers Comments: I'm using Cbeyond for the past 2 years. We have 6 T1's and over 40 phone lines. I had try several times to contact someone from customer service ant yet to get any respond. Here is a part of the letter I sent them few days ago "First I would like to express my complete dissatisfaction from your services, your tech support and from our account representative. My business is suffering badly from your dysfunction. My employees are loosing their confident while on the phone because of constant problems with all phone lines. My business is based on those phone calls and I can't continue that way. Something dramatic has to be done. I would like the highest authority in your tech support team contact us and put an end to this shameful service you provide. Things are not any better in your customer service department. I've submitted several complaints threw your website and did not got any respond what so ever!!! " And it keeps getting worst. Right now i have all my phone lines down. It been like that for a couple of hours, and it means a disaster to my company. If I wouldn't have been tied with a contract with those people I would have terminate that contract a long time ago. Please do not use their services. That is one horrible service provider. |

| Reviewers Comments: Awful service from cbeyond. Dropped phone calls and outages on a regular basis. Poor communications. Cbeyond refuses to address any of these concerns. Instead they threaten a law suit if the contract is voided. Do yourselves a favor and do not sign up for service w/ cbeyond. They promise a lot, the deliver nothing worth having. It's been a nightmare even from the beginning with the installation. Now, we come to work everyday wondering if we'll have phone service. Next we begin fighting them in court in order to be released from their contract. |

| Reviewers Comments: Our lines are extremely unreliable and have gone down many times. Installation process was a nightmare and took months to complete. Same thing as another reviewer wrote. The salesperson was more interested in getting the contract signed than researching what we had and figuring out what we needed. We've been without service for 5 hours to all day. The worst part is having to wait 15 to 20 mins. each time you call customer service for help or updates. Do NOT sign up with this company. The people that want to help seem unable and incapable and the managers/acct. reps are nowhere to be found. They are unresponsive. |
