time. I submitted a ticket online when my 800 number did not work, they kept closing the
ticket without contacting me.
I ordered a fax number through their website and, it was never setup.
My phone was out for about 5 days recently because they were "updating a server".
Generally, when you update a server, you leave a working one to service customers! Now, I
have to dial 1 and the area code when I call any local number. I was told two weeks ago it
would be fixed "soon".
Decent price if you can tolerate it but I am in the process of switching over to Vonage. |
