| Reviewers Comments: I was using Webacall as part of a multi-VoIP answering system setup. Its "role" was to relay urgent messages to appropriate cell and home phones. This was paid for as a deduction from deposited call credits at a reasonable rate. The real inducement was per second billing, in that most of these calls would be well under 1 minute. Unfortunately, the service is no longer accepting my calls to a cell, neither from my autodialing phone attendant nor from a softphone. Attempts to contact Customer Service, which was initially responsive, have been futile. I don't know if this is a company on its way out or not, but I certainly would NOT recommend it despite its great prices. |
