We are switching back to our provider before. It was horrible decision to have switched to this company. We only saved a few dollars when switching to VinTalk, but it ended up being a nightmare after we switched to them. They promised all these features, but they never delivered. Our phones keep going on the fritz. It takes 5 to 7 hours on the phone with technical support and yet they have no clue what is going on. Their staff keeps changing from employees leaving. Our company is losing money every time we have to stop and deal with horrible phone issues. Thank goodness our provider before Vintalk is super user friendly and is helping us through our difficult transition back. I feel like that one State Farm commercial where that guy is crying, "I miss you Jessica!" Because service was better at the last place.
