Reviewers Comments: Have not had any trouble with Nikotel. They were upfront with me from the beginning. I call friends in the UK and to the Czech republic a lot the voice quality has been great. Took a bit to get the order to me. Customer service let me know that they were out of the ATA I ordered and if interested, they would switch it to a similar device at no extra cost. Refused the other item and waited for the one I ordered. I was glad they called me letting me know. I did have some problems contacting support for firewall issues. After l left a message within 24 hours a support person called me back and helped out as much as he could. Well it took me about 3 days to get up and running with the software phone, and about 2 weeks for my ATA to come in. Overall I say they are really good at what they do. |
