Reviewers Comments: From day one I could not use this service, it kept dropping calls constantly which mypeople
kept blaming on my ISP. *figures* So I switch from them to Vonage and there are no problems with dropped calls, the problem I am having is that mypeople held my number hostage until the 30 days was up after one of their customer service reps *noted our account* and told us we wouldn't be charged for it. So almost a month later our phone number still hasn't switched, mypeople sent us a bill anyway after saying they wouldn't we call and talk to a supervisor who was extremely rude and stated that "We don't care what our customer service rep noted on your account, she was wrong and you're gonna pay this bill and a termination fee". So we have filed a complaint with the BBB over it and will probably go to court, they were very unprofessional to say the least. |
