I cannot comment on the service, I never received the equipment. The communication with this company is horrible. I even wonder if they really provide service, maybe a hoax. When calling tech support for a status update, they do not transfer to sales, but instead they send a message via fax (according to the person that answers the phone). A sales person finally contacted me, but told me my equipment was lost in the mail. I asked for tracking info, he kept telling me tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, so two weeks later, no equipment, no service. I asked for a refund, but I still don't have that. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have no idea what the service is like, but as for a company I dont think they will last long, if it really exists.
