May not be the absolute cheapest service, but they make up for it in great customer service. Everyone at BBTelsys is so kind and helpful. They know me by name and treat me like a real person. When i call i never have to wait on the line...i guess there is some value to that for me.

Great service for $199/year. Unlimited US and Canada service. Real people in Michigan to fix problems. I've used it with Comcast cable, Charter cable, and AT&T DSL. I have used this service for 1 year and 9 months.

They will not give me a local telephone number even though they advertised that they had local numbers in my city. They will not give me the free virtual number as promised. Caller ID with name does not work. They will not answer the phone, I have waited on hold for more than 30 minutes on multiple occasions. I was using the live chat on there website, but now it doesn't work either.
