We signed up at the start of the year and were very happy initially. Since we had read a couple of poor reviews we decided not to write one ourselves until we had been with the service for at least three months. Since signing up we have not had a single outage or a single problem with any of our six extensions. The auto-attendant is extremely user friendly and everyone who uses the phones has no problem getting them set up to their liking. So far this has been a great decision and we can only see it getting better.

Running small office with Vocalocity, on DSL, yes DSL. Had many problems at first, but got second DSL line and dedicated it to VoIP. On second line, I carefully followed the equipment recommendations from Vocalocity support. Have had no problems since. Vocalocity support has handled all issues, quickly and nicely, for example we got a phone number that was 'polluted' with collectors calls - they changed it right away, no arguing. This company knows how to run a Service Business.

They are simply wonderful. Adding and dropping extensions is simple so downsizing is never a concern. They have an unbeatable price and great service too. Vocalocity is a great choice for a business grade phone solution.

We have been with Vocalocity for over two years now. We had some problems with call quality when we first started using Vocalocity but after a couple of months those problems cleared up right away. Since then all of the new features that have come out have been awesome and have not cost us a penny. It took a while to realize the extent to which Vocalocity was going to pay off, but it is now clear that they are going to save us a lot of money.

The sales experience was low pressure and very informative about the services that Vocalocity offers. I love the easy use of the phones as well as the new dashboard addition. The cost is very reasonable too, its been a great decision thus far.

I have been with Vocalocity for about 15 months now and could not be more pleased. The service is reliable and if you ever do encounter a problem, the support staff is incredibly helpful getting it resolved. Vocalocity is a great option if you are in need of an affordable phone system.
