My salesperson was Meredith, she was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the system, its features, the phones. I described the features I wanted and vocalocity has met and exceeded them. They have great customer service and tech support. Would definitely recommend

This service is a good value unless reliability is important. They've frequently had either equipment failures or "upstream provider failures." It seems some creative math would be needed to support their "99.9% reliability" claim. If not being able to make or receive a call every once in a while isn't a huge issue, this is a good value. There also seems to be more of a line delay than some VoIP providers, which makes talking over the other person likely. Having said that, the features are very good, and you can reach technical support.

We are a law office using these phones. Customer service has been great. They are very helpful. We have had problems with calls where the other person cannot hear us, but we can hear them, but we are not sure that this is Vocalocity's fault, as our ISP only allows us 500mbs up and 1.5 down. We will be changing to a higher speed in a few months after our contract is up with our current ISP. That should tell us a lot. Also, sometimes voices can be garbled, but that does not happen enough. The fact is that phones work 95% of the time and we are never going back to the phone company!

I have two offices using the Vocalocity service, about 40 extensions. Both offices seem happy with the service and month to month is great since we had a previous VOIP contract that was terrible in service with another VOIP provider. Easy setup and Vocalocity setup team have been great. At first they had choppy voice recordings and options on the Virtual Recp, but they have since fixed that pretty quickly on their end. We have not had any outages in 6 months with Vocalocity and have been down 2 times with our old POTS lines in the same 6 months! YOU MUST HAVE A RELAIBLE ISP BEFORE SWITCHING TO VOIP. I am happy with the service and would recommend it. We are switching a third office soon to Vocalocity.
