I did not think our old building would be able to get VoIP but the rep came out and made it happen. He was knowledgeable, professional and willing to answer all of our many questions. I would recommend them to any business needing a phone upgrade.

We just started our 10-day trial with SpectrumVOIP phones and service. So far I am really impressed with the level of service and support that I am receiving. Especially now that many companies are using third-party, overseas agents...talking to someone that actually knows every single thing about the products and services they offer is rare. What a pleasure it is to not have to go through multiple layers to get to a level 2 or 3 technical expert (like most other companies). It looks like we made a great decision to go with these guys for our telephone service. Thank you!

We were having difficulties deciphering what's what with the numerous accounts but a tech came out and resolved all our issues and was able to isolate old equipment and accounts. He also removed the old equipment for us to turn in. This is customer service at its finest.
