Once again our rep saved me! I was arguing with the tech support dept who kept claiming the problem we were having was with Time Warner, I kept explaining that TW was my first phone call and the model was fine. Finally I called our rep and he made a trip out and of course, the problem was with VOIP but he fixed it and made sure everything was working before he left. I love our rep - I can count on him every time!
