I'm not a big fan of change, but am I ever thrilled I made the decision to convert my phones to SpectrumVoIP. The phones are great, but made even better because the installer took the time to work with me and my team to make sure everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for easing my concerns about technology changes, and for making our transition to our new phones so smooth. The installer exemplifies exceptional customer service.

Excellent Products and Service

This was about the easiest and most pleasant office purchase and installation with which I've ever dealt. I was fortunate to have a great project manager and remote tech in addition to the onsite contractor-tech. Within one week of signing the agreement, we had phones installed and were trained on how to use them. And the guys were all really nice and fun to work with. I'd also like to mention the account manager who set me up with a great deal on the equipment.

Best Technician in Texas

The Field Services Manager for Central Texas, is literally THE BEST on-site technician. SpectrumVOIP is lucky to have him. His excellent customer service skills and his knowledge to check for issues that other technicians have not, fixed our issues immediately. I cannot recommend him enough!
