Great Service

Installation was easy. The technician arrived at his expected appointment time and was very helpful. He ensured we understood the new system before he left the building. He answered all of our questions accurately and was very pleasant during the entire installation and training process. He is an asset to Spectrum VoIP that they should be proud of.

Great Service

The Rep/installer was AMAZING. It was the day before a holiday and it should have been an easy install but... it was not. He stayed all day to get us up and running. He never complained nor did he try to dodge out and come back another day. When we had to coordinate with another service a week later he was available by phone to make sure everything was configured correctly even though he was technically done with our case. Way to go SpectrumVOIP!

SpectrumVOIP was quick to schedule our business installation. The technician assigned yesterday was very efficient, friendly, and knew exactly what he needed to do to get everything up and running as soon as possible. He walked us through everything upon completion, provided the user pamphlets, and even sent all of the information we may need to access quickly via email. We are very pleased with our service so far.

Easiest phone switch ever

I already have recommended them! The switchover to SpectrumVOIP could not have gone any smoother, thanks to our on-site installation tech. He is a master at the system, but also masterful at understanding OUR network system that was already in place - and making them work together. He didn't mind working late, and is just a darn pleasant person, all around.

Our SpectrumVoIP installation went great, the rep did an awesome job. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He made sure that everything was functioning appropriately by the time he left, and that we understood the new system. We are very pleased with his service he provided us.
