After falling for Optimum's triple play, I decided to cut my losses and switch to a better VOIP provider. I found ITP through this website and it was highly rated and recommended so I gave them a shot. Very reliable service that is very clear. They have a helpful customer service and they sent me a free adapter to get started. I give high ratings for all of this.

looking to switch from costly landlines i went to ITP. they have very good service and tons of cool featurs. i really like the virtual number and blacklist/whitelist. im very happy that i made the switch to voip and itp.

I needed a phone company that would let me call internationally without costing more than my mortgage. Landlines cost way too much, as did most VOIP providers I was looking at. However, I happened across ITP's website and their prices were just right. And I am able to call much more countries on my plan than some other companies have. And the service is great.

I switched to ITP from Vonage and I am so happy that I did that. I now have better service for a lower cost. I especially like getting my voicemails to my e-mails and the free adapter they sent me. I Highly recommend ITP.

I've had ITP for exactly one year now. Start up was very quick and setup was easy. In addition to their monthly charge they also tack on a $1.99 E911 fee, which I was ok with. Then they also tack on a "line charge" of $1.99. This isn't really made clear up front but it was still cheaper than traditional phone service. Phone quality was mostly good. Other problems included when trying to answer the phone, I hear a busy tone and the caller gets some weird "out of service" message. Doesn't happen all the time but frequently. The phone also rings when deleting messages through the web. Despite relatively good phone service I'm cancelling due to what I perceive to be deceptive billing practices. When signing up they automatically included Calling Card and Toll Free features for "FREE". I then started noticing charges of $4.99 for the toll free number, but the calling card was still free. They told me "promotional features" only last for 6 months. There was no indication that these were promotional features, and even if it was the case, why not charge for the other "free" feature? I notice now calling card is still offered free but toll free isn't. I suspect they changed their policy after losing money on the toll free. I don't believe it was intended to be "promotional" as they claim. Tacking something onto my account that I never wanted and never used then charging it for me later and refusing to refund me is a deal breaker for me. If it wasn't for that I would stay with them. So, for new users, beware any "free" features.

I needed an unlimited plan to call internationally - Specifically UK, Hong Kong and India and I came across ITP through this website. I am satisfied with my service. Highly Recommended.

I had the triple play for a year with Optimum, than the increased my price. I decided to switch my phone service to ITP for their unlimited plan. Turns out that not only is ITP cheaper, but the sound quality is much better with ITP.

Refuse to provide customer service by email. Insist that you call by phone. Interestingly, my phone didn't work, so I couldn't call them. They also refused to cancel my account by email. Customer service line was closed everytime that I called for over a month. It seemed like a reasonable deal until it didn't work.
