I was nervous switching over to voip, but this service has been virtually flawless from day one. Basically this service so far has been exactly what I wanted - a drop-in replacement for our former landline that is inexpensive and reliable.

I used a Voip company (will leave nameless) about 2 years ago but gave it up because it just wasnt working. I decided to try it again. This time I went with ITP as the reveiws on the site seemed pretty good. I'm glad I did. Not only am I saving money, the service actually works. Kudos to ITP.

Had less then one month because of poor sound, echos and static. Also complete loss of service intermittently. I canceled before my first month and my credit card was charged $99.99 with no explanation. I assume they will credit my card when they receive the equipment I paid to ship back. I cannot recommend this provider.
