DO NOT USE THEM. Their service is bad, didn't work, customer services were no help and if you mention to keep the device, they will charge you for $99.99 right away. There is no way to talk to a manager to solve issues. VERY BAD SERVICES!

So story goes like this. I used them because they give service in Canada too. I tried to register through there site. It took me 2 hours and there credit card interface doesn't work. First month bill was $79, activation $30 plus shipping $20 plus plan $25 plus line fee $4 (was not told about this before). Second month $10 extra for usage. I call them to say it is Global unlimited what is usage for. They say your line was marked as Business by system. I ask why I didn't even call more than 15 different numbers. They gave me $5 back. Third month now $89. I called them after discussing for 40 mins they said they will check...one week later I called them back they said can't do anything...I said then I will disconnect. They said OK send the adapter back and you will pay shipping or else $99 will be charged. So I say BIG NO, don't use them. They will use your Credit Card as if it is there property. Stay away from them.

We stay in Toronto and have had this service for last 2 months. We use it to make phone calls to India. They charged me $180 to my credit card. When I called them to ask what's the matter, I was told, the "call pattern" was not that of a Residential usage. I tried explaining to them that we have been using it ONLY for residential purposes. But repeatedly they keep saying about the PATTERN. They are not able to convince me in any way. Their billing system is flawed. They flag lines randomly I suppose. I mean 180 bucks is a BIG Deal man. Their call center guys have no responsibility.

These guys are scam! STAY AWAY from them .... they keep charging your credit card without your notice ... for one month of service I ended up paying $300. These people need to be sued ... I am filing a complaint at Internet Crime Complaint Service ic3.gov/complaint. Please stay away from these!

Don't subscribe to this service unless you want to be billed a per minute rate on their "unlimited" plan. Their system detects calling patterns that are "consistent with a business line" and then they slam you with a per minute fee without so much as telling you! I was very satisfied until they slammed me. This is unfair, deceptive, and unethical. I smell a class action lawsuit. ITP, don't call it unlimited if it's not. For the record, I already have a business line in my office. This is a line installed into my residence and used for personal purposes. ITP is obviously changing the rules after the game started. Beware! I'll switch as soon as I make alternate arrangements.

I switched to ITP after falling for the "triple play scam." After one year with optimum my payments skyrocketed. At ITP not only do they have much better prices, but they also ported my number over. They have great service and setup was so easy. I highly recommend ITP.

ITP is great if you need to call other countries. They have the best rates around and include a lot of countries in their plans. The plan prices are very reasonable for such great service. They also have good domestic calling, and their special features are very helpful.

I have had a lot of luck switching my office's phone service to ITP. I am very pleased with the clarity of their service and their low costs. Their customer service is very polite and helpful and setup was a breeze. I recommend them.

I make a lot of International calls primarily to China, India and Hong Kong. Before ITP I was with Vonage and they had horrible rates. Now my monthly bill is much lower, and I benefit from ITP's better service and customer support.They also have great features.

I have enjoyed really great service from ITP. I especially like their customer and technical support who was very helpful when it came to answering questions and setting up my service. They also have a lot of great features. I recommend them to friends and family whenever they are looking for a new phone provider.
