I switched from my local carrier whose prices are high. I am glad I switched. So far I am happy with the service. The customer service is excellent.

good us based customer service, probably usual voice lag issues, not sure if they have an east cost hub, if not need one.

I can't tell you how much I hate this phone service. I got it through Costco since they have a quality brand, but it has been the most fruatrating experirence I have ever had with any provider. I have wasted hours and hours of time. From week one the quality was horrible. They kept on telling me it was my carrier so I changed it three times. Quality did not improve. After two years, the box just shut down daily. I am going to switch providers, but I am concerned about porting my number.

Accessline is a great phone service for our business and is really inexpensive. Their customer service representatives are very helpful and Knowledgeable. I would suggest their services to anyone I know!

Run away from these guys. After overpaying for this questionable service for many years, I decided to leave. I have been trying to get my phone number from them for over six months. It obviously will never happen. I have had insane conversations with "customer service" where they ran me through an impossible set of hoops all leading to a dead end to get my number transferred. When I asked to talk to a supervisor in hopes of resolving this matter I was flatly told no. I am trying to move to Ring Central, they have been great they have tried really hard to get my number from these clowns. Do not use this this overpriced service there is way better out there with modern interfaces that work on multiple platforms (Accessline is really bad with Macs and always has been). I haven't cancelled yet because I have been waiting for 6 months to get my number. Now we need to change everything to a new number. I will see if they continue to bill once I cancel. I am fully expecting a credit card battle next. Really an unethical business.

Where to start, after moving my business and being assured that they would port my number I have used for 20 years and take care of directory service we found that it had never been properly changed and they were giving out our DSL line number which of course does not ring or go to voice mail. I am sure we have lost thousands of dollars of business. This is in addition to the many times that calls have been dropped or that the caller cannot hear us at all. All in all I would say to go with another system if you are thinking of getting a digital phone system. I feel it has been a complete waste of money and agree with the reviewer that said they kept saying it was their DSL speed, we have the fastest ATT has and we have been told the same thing! It has really cost us money and time and we are never sure it will work. Today only the 2 phones in the back offices would ring not the ones up front at the reception desk where there is always someone to answer.

MISERABLE EXPERIENCE! Cheap, difficult to use hardware. Terrible phone service, embarrassing dropped calls. Frustrating technical support - blaming everyone else for the bad phone service, claiming no responsibility at all. Pathetic customer support, refusing to even budge in crediting us back any money for the misery we endured as we attempted to make good with this service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
