You have to know this company offers no guarantees on their service. Their Digital line services does not work reliabibly. The company itself is in trouble financially based on their financial statements and stock price. If you want to run your business stay away from this headache.

Oddly enough my search for reviews before I purchased Accessline did not bring up this site. Had I read this prior to purchase I may have been reluctant. That being said I am happy I went with Accessline. To get the full features that I want, I did pay a little extra but overall the value to my business has been incredible. I have a sales force of 5 who are making upwards of 75 calls each a day outbound sometimes at the same time. I have 2 Customer Service/Support Reps that are on the phone, plus 3 other people with normal daily use. I run everything on a separate dsl connection dedicated to the phone system and call quality and reliability have been great. There are certain features that are missing like detailed call reporting, and better access to voicemail by email. Currently voicemail to email only works for main lines and not each personal extension. I shopped around a little trying to find a system that was affordable and this was the only one I found which offered monthly payments. After the 1st year you own the system and just pay for lines and features.

I'm a small business owner who found this product through Costco. We spent a significant amount of money run dedicated CAT5 cables throughout our 2000 sq ft office for 8 lines in an effort to avoid conflicts or issues with our computer LAN. We spent 4 months trying to trouble shoot this system with Accessline owned by Telanetics. The amount of time and money trying to make this solution work. The support and follow up by accessline was terrible they had little experience or expertise. If the problems were not taking place while they were monitoring it during a 24 hr period they had no record of issues and close the case. Although we spent hundreds of $'s making the transition to and from Accesssline the cost of lost opportunity and the impact to our business was 10 times the loss in transitional expenses. I would strongly recommend against this solution. It was the worst business decision we in five years. There is no benefit worth the lost business and damage to reputation as a result of trying this technology. You will experience lost call (constantly) excessive voice delays and worthless support. Costco should distance themselves from marketing this product.

We were sold this service as a small business voice - pbx service with voicemail capabilities. Be aware of the fact that unless you buy additional services/devices from them you will not be able to access extension voicemails received on your extension phones remotely. Long phone calls get dropped and we are unable to use the wireless adapters we were sold. We also need to reset our phones daily to make sure we will be getting our calls, otherwise callers may get a busy signal. We are taking our losses with AccessLine and moving to another provider. This service is simply not acceptable for any business. Customer service is friendly but no one has solved our all the issues needed to function properly.

Accessline's service has been extremely shaky. I have not been able to keep calls on hold, somehow the connection gets lost. Every now and then I have to deal with frequent outages which is just not acceptable when trying to run a business, no matter how small my little operation may be. This is definitely not a good choice if you're a micro-business.
