Unbelievable customer service

I, for the most part, dislike service providers I have to chat with. You start with a robot and after ten minutes of miscommunication you get a real person to chat with who 9 times out of 10 can't answer your question any way. Voiply is responsive, articulate, thorough and accurate. They have never left me hanging. They have always taken care of my questions. I would recommend them to everyone.

Great Service

This is the best customer service I have dealt with. Everyone with whom I contacted was extremely attentive, polite, professional, the main thing was that they fulfilled their promise. I received an excellent service with a fast and convenient connection, which finally saved me from unwanted calls.

Great Service and Capabilities

Regardless of how trivial of a question, the Voiply agents have always been there. My VOIP setup was a little complicated and they were always eager to see how to set things up. One great feature which was unexpected is the spam call feature, works much better than my previous provider. I thought my previous provider was filtering calls and I was just getting many calls a day that couldn't be stopped. With Voiply, the number of spam calls that get through are down to 1-2 a day.

Outstanding Product and Support

VOIPLY is a great VOIP phone service. They transferred my existing phone number quickly and the system is intuitive and reliable. They filter SPAM and send me e-mails with voicemail messages and I love their reports of blocked calls and calls that went through. They have outstanding support via CHAT 24/7 (the only support I tried) and they provide you with immediate answer and then send you the entire chat via e-mail. This was particularly great as in one of my chat sessions where I asked about changing voicemail defaults and this way, I had a permanent record how to do it.

Excellent Service

Access to customer service was excellent! I was able to speak to a live person and my problem was resolved very quickly. I have had to reach out via chat box for technical assistance and it was very convenient and a success. I referred my family members and they are currently waiting for their adapters. I never imagined my phone bill to be at such a low price!! Thank you!!

Excellent reliable phone service

From the moment of the installation, everything worked perfectly. It took it's time initiating and then I was relieved and happy that I was able to make and receive calls perfectly. The sound and connection is great and the box where everything is connected feels very reliable. Overall I'm glad I took a chance to try VoiPLY because it's affordable and it works perfectly with my setup.

Finally a company that gets it!

I have been so frustrated and disappointed with USA companies declining in all areas of service for the past 15-20 years. I strongly feel that VOIPLY understands the all important concept of being a customer first company. Every step of moving my home phone service to VOIPLY has gone without a hitch. The quality of call features, tech support, customer service and cost is absolutely more than I expected.

After dealing with higher and higher priced phone services with no contact information when the phone wasn't working for days, I began searching for less expensive yet reliable phone service. VoiPLy has been great! No awkward changing of password to find my account, no price increase "just because" and the service has been "top notch". Thank you.

Best VoIP by far

So far this is the best VoIP I have tried. The others I tried don't come close. The main benefit for me is the sound quality is by far the best.
