Very good service overall. My telephone number was transferred from Verizon without any issues. I enjoy the land line service to my home country. Great plus.

I had a few issues to work through when I first got started. Some of my WiFi provider settings were causing problems. Each time I reached out for technical help through Voiply chat, I received excellent technical help which these days is very rare. I have been very impressed, even the Internet provider problems they helped me through and they gave me the information to give to the internet provider as to what to adjust on my router. The phone is very clear. We love the Voiply Extra Line app so there is never a need to transfer to our cell phones, all phone calls also come in on our cell phones which can be turned on or off. The Spam Blocker is working great! Our spam calls have dropped off to a trickle. I almost forgot, there is a lot of money to be saved each month. Our annual phone bill with Voiply is about a month and a half's worth of billing from AT&T!

I had a different VOIP service before VOIPLY. VOIPLY is hands down better in all respects. My calls aren't dropping. Their Customer Service is FABULOUS! They have spent considerable time making sure any issues are resolved. They are easy to contact. I am SO happy I changed providers to VOIPLY!

I've had issues with dropped calls and sound quality - either sound is far away or is digitized. It also has weird and annoying quirks such as when I call another landline that is busy it rings a few times then just clicks and then goes dead. Especially annoying is when I hang up a call it rings back, anywhere from 1 to 3 minutes later. Was happy with the no commitment low price but ya get what ya pay for!

We are very happy with our new phone service. Not only was the price right but the service is dependable and one of the best things that we found out is that it stops so many telemarketing calls, it's just amazing how few we get now. Also working with a representative has been great they're very kind and helpful. We also love the option that you can pay for the entire year at once. All in all we're very happy.

Customer service is as good as the phone service itself. The customer portal is easy to manipulate for setting up voicemail and forwarding. Everything I needed plus the rate is better than any other service I know of. Thanks.

Very low monthly rate and valuable phone service. Voiply having all features like other phone company but having very low monthly plan. Had some minor issues like SIP ALG but that can be solved by login to the router and disable SIP ALG. I am completely satisfied with the Voiply service. After all saving a huge monthly saving is not bad.

This was my first VoIP company to try. They seemed great but it took several rings for the call to transfer over to the VoIP line (you'd call, it would ring then you'd hear it switching over after several rings THEN it would FINALLY ring where you were calling). Call quality was horrendous after a few minutes on a call. Completely garbled mess. My phone was unusable. Tried another service and boom, fixed, perfect quality -- obviously it was NOT me who was at fault here!! Never again!!!

This was so easy to set up, and the cost was unbelievable. Don't know why I didn't do this years ago! Customer service was helpful and answered all my questions.

I have used VOIPs - residential - since they first were available for residential use. In the past I used one from Canada, and more recently one that was headquartered in California (with an 'x' in its name). Voiply is 1000% better than either of the previous ones. From the beginning - my first approach was with Voiply's chat box - my questions were answered quickly, completely, and accurately. I chatted with a real human being - not a bot - which was reassuring. When my adapter came, I had one quick installation question; again the support process was quick, right on, and accurate. Just this morning I had a question about blocking spam calls - again, I used chat, with a real person, and my account was updated within a matter of 20 seconds. Customer service doesn't get better than that. VERY happy with it. As far as the VOIP service itself - clear as a bell. No sound quality issues. It works as it should.
