Ringcentral has a lot to offer for small or large businesses. I'm not too happy with their customer service because everyone I talk to has an accent that I cannot understand. I think they use it to their benefit at times too. They eventually get to the bottom of the issues and they do follow-up.

RingCentral has a lot to offer. Espcially when it come to a remote team setting. The Glip and Meeting App is a nice added feature to streamline your conference calls, video calls and team communications.

I don't have any comments. The service works well. I don't think about whether it will work. It just does whether making local or long distance calls. This connection to the call server is over regular Internet service which means the medium is lossy - it still works!

RingCentral has provided a service of no errors of any kind for the last two years to us. We received efaxes on time and even when I have questioned if we were missing something. I could look it up and confirm we had received all our faxes. When I have had to speak with them verbally, they are prompt to answer the phone and make sure you are totally satisfied before you hang up.

I have used them for a couple of years now. Love it. Rare to have any issue and the customer service is excellent.

Avoid this scamming company at all costs. I got a quote from them and ultimately went with another provider. However I started getting bills from them. I emailed and called a number of times with no response. When I finally got a response they claimed I signed up for the service (interestingly this is a phone company and I'm currently with another provider so how can I be using their service). When I asked for any proof, they sent me a quote they emailed me. Telling me I approved the quote. I asked for something signed by me and they couldn't provide it. I still get bills from them and now I also get late charges. I wonder how many companies have been scammed by these guys and accidentally pay their fraudulent bills. Avoid them.

I had RingCentral two years ago, left them because of plan discrepancies. Forgot about that issue, and had same problem, they offered free unlimited Virtual Extensions, then "after 30 days" said I had to pay per user for each virtual extension. Service for company with under ten people company went from $70 to $300. After researching my emails I see they did this two years ago, and last week. Hook you in, and then gouge you. I'm now trying to file a fraud complaint.

RingCentral provides us with the flexibility we need in a fast paced sales environment. In addition, we can track call to provide focus in areas that are important. Our customer service rep is always helpful and quick to respond.

The service is iffy in several locations here in NJ. But that's ok. The app makes up for it. The only thing that is keeping me from giving 5 out of 5 stars is the fact that they do not offer zip code routing/geographical routing for their phone systems! We need this desperately and I love Ringcentral so much but they don't have this.

I subscribed to this service for several years. Working remotely as a mobile bookkeeper it was very useful when I needed to send or receive faxes. I never had any issues with the service and referred a number of customers. I now use a free fax service as I no longer need to send the size of faxes I was doing when I worked full time. I now use once or twice a year and send 1 to 2 pages so a subscription was no longer needed.
