The customer representative made changing my plan easy. I tried to do it myself in the middle of the night with no success. This is the best customer service that I've received in years. I am so old that I remember when the customer was king and number one priority. Sadly those days are long gone EXCEPT here at 1-VOIP where they still listen and quickly respond. I appreciate the fact that there was no confusion and unnecessary follow up calls. It is a pleasure to do business with intelligent people for a change. Thanks again and I am actually looking forward to my next customer service experience.

Customer Service for real!

Plenty of questions about moving from a landline to VoIP. 1-VoIP is priced competitively, has robust spam filters and most importantly has great customer service. The representative answered my litany of questions patiently and completely. Cannot wait to start using the service when the adapter arrives.

Easy setup, easy porting, tons of features included. They just need a larger Whitelist. You can call Customer Service and talk to a real person in seconds. They respond quickly to Email questions. Would highly recommend over the "free" VOIP competitor.

1-VOIP is an excellent provider of internet phone service. Their customer service is great. I have spoken and worked with Karen. She is very responsive and a very pleasant easy to understand and deal with individual. I highly recommend 1-VOIP.

Called service in regards to a service outage, talked to a real person who spoke perfect English, not half English half Indian. Very knowledgeable, explained the outage and also took care of a billing problem. Nice service, thanks!

Price is good but Customer Service is substandard

I am a Customer since January 2026. To early to review all the features of the service however The price is great, but customer service is horrible. There is no separate option for technical or porting service. You have to go through only one customer service option giving all the information from scratch. The transfer to technical or porting doesn't go through. It becomes very annoying to call over and over again to ask for help and giving same information over again. Customer service is very rude and cold, kind of take it or leave it attitude. It is a big mistake getting the service with 1- VoIP. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
