Excellent Customer Service

I work for a small church and have helped them transition from an expensive big phone company to the 1-VoIP service. We signed up for 1-VoIP for a little over six months now. The customer service has has always been excellent. They recommended we use the Residential plan since we do not use phone service much. Recently I discovered a billing error, and they were very quick to rectify it. As I mentioned, we don't use it very much, but when I do it's been great. I'm able to use our phone at work (that they already had) with an adapter and I can also use the app on my mobile phone to make and receive calls from wherever I am (I often work from home). I highly recommend.

Really great tech support

Recently moved to a new state, took our 1-VoIP box with us, and somewhere en-route lost the 'Setup' sheet. Sent an email to the online 1-VOIP Technical Support mail address midday on a Sunday, and was pleasantly surprised to get an almost immediate response outlining what I needed to do, which I did and was up online in short order. Amazing tech support. Thank you.

Reliable service, excellent support

I've been using 1-VoIP for my residential phone service for almost a year and have been extremely happy with their service. I had an issue when I ported my phone number, which they quickly fixed. I also had an issue last month where I wasn't receiving calls and didn't have a dial tone, which they fixed within minutes of me contacting them. I've found their service to be very reliable and their support is very responsive and proficient.

Awesome customer service

I just managed to finally get my number wrestled away from the original provider that we had for 30 + years. So I haven't used this long, but I have to comment that I am blown away by the level of customer service. Night and day difference from the other company! So glad I was told about 1-VoIP.

Just Awesome

Replaced 10-year+ provider to get a new modem and call filtering/blocking unavailable with S*******alk. My Dad was getting 15+ Robo/garbage calls some days (I reviewed the logs). 1-VOIP is crystal clear, no more drop-outs and no more Robo/spam calls. Customer Service was top-notch in expediting my order and answering questions. US-based Customer Support that can converse without reading scripts!

Great service that offer Bells and Whistles

I was looking for a comparable VoIP provider to replace my Skype phone on May 5, including annual pricing and features that Skype has. I will tell you this service is fantastic. I have recently had to get a problem resolved with outgoing messages to mobile phones and the problem was resolved this morning. That is top notch service, since I just sent the email last night on a weekend! I have been evaluating other companies with VoIP and others not only require their phone to use but the end price after trial becomes more money and it does not have the bells and whistles service 1-VoIP has. The bells and whistles that come with this service is fantastic and I am sure other companies would charge extra for them. I recommend this service if anyone is looking to replace their VoIP with new provider. Great service, excellent pricing, and voice quality is excellent. After 3 days of using it, I give it 5 stars across the board! Thank you 1-VoIP!
