I was looking for a comparable VoIP provider to replace my Skype phone on May 5, including annual pricing and features that Skype has. I will tell you this service is fantastic. I have recently had to get a problem resolved with outgoing messages to mobile phones and the problem was resolved this morning. That is top notch service, since I just sent the email last night on a weekend! I have been evaluating other companies with VoIP and others not only require their phone to use but the end price after trial becomes more money and it does not have the bells and whistles service 1-VoIP has. The bells and whistles that come with this service is fantastic and I am sure other companies would charge extra for them. I recommend this service if anyone is looking to replace their VoIP with new provider. Great service, excellent pricing, and voice quality is excellent. After 3 days of using it, I give it 5 stars across the board! Thank you 1-VoIP!

Every time, and I mean every time I have called or emailed for support I get prompt response with detailed steps on how to fix my issue. I have emailed and called for what may have seemed like the dumbest and most obvious problems that I could have fixed on my own, but in my opinion would take days not hours with the support. I am not a VoIP/SIP savvy person but have learned a lot thanks to the support. Best option for VoIP that I have found.

I had an unanticipated need to receive a FAX. I contacted 1-VoIP about 8 AM and had the service working, and received a FAX about 5 PM the same day. Support included a call to me to clarify what I needed and assurances that 1-VoIP could provide it by the end of the day. Great customer service!

I've been a customer for several years and haven't had to contact them very much. Contacted them last week with a voice quality issue expecting to maybe get an e-mail the next day, but an agent called me back very quickly and asked to troubleshoot with me. I did the troubleshooting a few days later and determined that their router was bad, I contacted them again, got another very quick response from an agent and they sent me a replacement router overnight via FedEx and the problem is resolved. Their customer service is exceptional, especially in this day and age.

I had to use customer service for the first time. I setup a soft phone on my W10 PC. There are settings in the configuration that require "tribal knowledge!" My email was promptly replied to and the response contained exactly what was needed to get MicroSIP configured and working! Thank you 1-VoIP!

I'm not a mobile guy; my cell lives in my car's glove compartment. I live on my PC, that's why I have a VoIP service for home. But I also live in a world where texting rules. 1-Voip supports this in a way that isn't apparent from the web portal you log onto when you sign up for this provider, so be sure to ask customer support for these features: (1) email notification for SMS text messages, and (2) access to a web-based SMS portal, so you can send/receive texts on your desktop. It's primitive, but entirely functional. Customer service and technical support was instantaneous and friendly.

This is by far the worst calling service to call India. Limited to 25 calls in 24 hours, even if the call was connected or not. Extremely horrible quality if and when the call connects to the party you are trying to call. I placed 54 outgoing calls to India last month, and 0 of these calls were actually connected.

Customer Service was excellent! There may be other VoIP options with more features but the great customer service (e.g. talking to an English speaking person from the get go) was the key decision point for me.

I did my internet research. 1-VoIP had the best feedback, and a U.S. based customer support center. Customer support has been incredibly good. They prepared me for the entire process of set-up with a temporary number. No issues in getting this going (at that point I had both the temp VoIP number working, and my AT&T landline). Next step was to port my landline number to 1-VoIP. Again, very professional, good communications by email, no issues. While not recommended officially, I put the 1-VoIP signal into my existing home phone wiring (having disconnected the actual land-line 'at the back of the house' at the interface box). That works fine as well. One bonus for those with any 1980s touch tone phones with bells - unlike most VoIP providers, according to the internet, whose interface boxes cause these phones at best to weakly rattle, the box (called the ATA) from 1-VoIP actually puts out the correct voltage and waveform as that era Bell / Western Electric phone. All ring just like I still had my landline, except my bill is now 2/3rd's cheaper than what I had with AT&T. Another bonus, during a home power outage, their system detects it, and puts voicemails to your designated backup email address, so you do not have to wonder what calls you may have missed. Totally recommend this company.
