The international plan was the kicker for me, between my wife and I we talk about 30 to 50 hours a month international. We have family and kids everywhere. I am a designer of Carrier class VoIP and next generation telephony devices. While there user management GUI lacks any flare, the base features and management is functional and has been very reliable. It must follow the "kiss principle". No outages by this provider in 6 months of service. 1 or 2 dropped calls a month. Has been as reliable as ma bell.
