Reviewers Comments: I have some special network setup in my house which impacted voice mail. iTalkBB support staff helped me resolve the issue after a few calls. There has been no waiting time for support calls. Decent voice quality, rich features. My favourite feature is voice mail to email. The only downside so far is the phone porting. They said it would take 2-6 weeks to get my old number migrated. Now it's my 5th week and I'm still waiting. I echo some users' comments that the service is tuned for Manderin speaking customers. One of my Cantonese speakin frieds even got some service problems. For me, I am happy so far. | |||
