| Reviewers Comments: I ordered VOIP through Charter Cable bundled with my internet. So far so good. I have not had one performance issue with their service. Because of the bundle, the cost is the same as Viatalk service but I'm getting a lot more performance for the buck. Charters voice quality is superb with no hiccups. Viatalk does have a great concept with their customer enhancement website but would never trade the reliability that I'm getting from Charter VOIP. In fact it has been better that my old AT&T. |
