CHARTER REVIEW: I had problems with my order. I was promised services at one rate and charged another rate. Charged for services I did not order. Never told about hook up charge. Charged for a modem that I never received. Still do not have one of my computers working online. Continue to have problems logging onto internet with my other computer. Took 3 calls to get the initial service hook up. Technician very nice. Then took 3+ calls to have bill straightened out.

TIME WARNER REVIEW: Let me start with ordering of service. I ordered online from one of the offer so after week of ordering when I contacted customer service, they are really not having my order number in system and for this information they transferred me like 10 times so I talked like 10 representative and explain them again and again. so after some time I got their national center number and I decide to try last time and finally their national center was having my order number. now i made appointment for installation and when he came to home for installation, he did not make installation in the room which i wanted, "(i really dont know the reason, may be thats easy for him to setup)" now about service and connection. i was having always trouble with connection in afternoon and internet is very imp for me as i work from home. they took like 1 week to make it work and after a month or so same thing happened again, what a crap, and at the last, worst thing for me i have only one option for internet other then time warner. I have decided to try another service but scare for again contacting customer for that service too :)

TIME WARNER REVIEW: I have spent the last month trying to get them to fix my intermittent loss of service...sometimes I lose service hours...they are uninterested...I've spoken with a supervisor...but to reach anyone higher I have to leave my number and wait for them to contact me...this says a lot that except for the initial contacts I cannot contact anyone else...service is extremely poor but what do I do...its the only cable provider in the city and I want fast service...which by the way is faster all over the nation than it is in Arlington, Tx.

TIME WARNER REVIEW: Depending on the location here in Rochester some places the loops are over loaded and you get dropped
