| Reviewers Comments: No other company is even in the same arena when it comes to customer service. I'd recommend them without reservation for price, quality, features and above all, USA based customer service where real answer the phone (instead of voice mail prompts and recorded assurances that your call is important). And they don't force you into contracts! It doesn't get better than this! |

| Reviewers Comments: Never used their customer service but if it's like anything else it's going to be good. Great features and a excellent price. I have 12 employees and I'm saving a fortune over my previous provider - very nice in the current climate. I was a little reluctant at first when I saw the up front fees but when I worked it out over a year the total price came to be about the same as Nextiva and Vocalocity. I'm so glad I switched, great features and a cheaper service than before. |
