I worked with several people at SpectrumVOIP, from the Project Manager; their field technician and the programmer who handled the configuration of the system and auto-attendants. All were superb and helpful to us at a critical phase because we were not only moving to a new phone system but the company was also simultaneously moving to a new physical location and that complicated matters tremendously. But I cannot say enough good things about the way each of these professionals handled the process. They are each a credit and an asset to the company they work for. And the system itself is fantastic. I would unhesitatingly recommend using SpectrunVOIP; in a career spanning over 40 years I've admittedly become jaded about the claims salesmen make regarding the products they represent; but not these guys. They have met and in many cases exceeded my expectations about their product and their service is superb. Tech support was especially helpful and responsive in getting our auto- attendants set up correctly. The project manager was always ready to guide us through the implementation process promptly and courteously.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. This company is a joke. They have ZERO customer service skills. Their techs are rude, incompetent, and poorly trained. Default answer to phone issues is "Oh, we don't manage that for you". If you manage to get past that the next option is to pay a large fee to have someone come look at your system. I have multiple emails for various cases that say a follow up was needed and no one ever follows up. Better off doing it yourself than going with this company. I was told by our sales rep that poor customer service is expected with IT professionals because they lack people skills. Total idiots and not worth a penny.

I was met by an installer with SpectrumVoIP who was nothing but professional and knowledgeable about installing the new phones. He made the transition very smooth and worked through any details with no issues. I wish all my experiences were like this.

I can't say enough about the install tech. He was extremely knowledgeable on the product and the install process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed correctly and customized the way we wanted for our business. He was kind and courteous and I could not have been happier with his performance, attitude and overall character. He was also prompt and stayed as needed to complete job. Our project manager also was very attentive and did exactly what she said she would do. The overall process went very smooth.

Support was awesome helping us when we were setting up our new toll free line! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up quickly for us.

This is probably one of the worst customer service/IT experiences I have ever experienced. We signed up in February and it took 3 months for us to get service. Afterward we had nothing but IT problems from calls being dropped, calls not transferring, not being able to answer calls from extensions, feature functions not working, etc. We emailed multiple managers to find out how to cancel services because clearly we cannot operate a business like this. We received no response and finally decided to return the equipment and cancel services. BUT, both Spectrum VOIP and Graybar are now telling us that we have non-cancellable contracts. I would not in any way suggest utilizing this company for any of your needs. 1) Spectrum VOIP is useless when it comes to customer service. 2) You will be renting hardware (your phones) from Graybar for up to 5 years, and 3) if you get crappy service both companies will expect you to pay them anyway. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Go with another provider instead. Much better customer service and pricing can be negotiated :-)

They came out to set up our company's new phones and took the time to thoroughly explain the system and added features. The tech was exceptionally knowledgeable and readily answered every question we had. He took his time to double check all systems and ensure that we were comfortable with the system prior to leaving, and left us with plenty of routes to take should we have any questions or concerns.

This company service keeps going out and you will wait 1 hour on hold. They pushed a lease over on us so now we are locked in to some really awful service. Stay away!

The customer service rep was the best I have ever worked with. He was knowledgeable and understanding about my interruptions to ask questions. He was a joy to work with.
