Sunrocket was my first experience with VoIP and the service they offered was terrific. For some reason they went out of business and therefore I had to find a new provider. During the period after sunrocket, I went with Time Warner but couldn't take using them anymore. I'm sick of the phone companies and will never go back, unless I have no choice. I came across Intalk and the offer they have for unlimited calling at $200 a year looked good so I have them a shot. I have been pleased with their control panel interface and the easiness of setup. They have been nice to me and I will continue using their service.

I first began using VoIP with Vonage. Vonage's price is reasonable and they seem so popular I decided to give them a go. I wouldn't rate my experience with Vonage all that bad, but when I moved I thought I should consider trying a new company. This is when I first came across inTALK. I don't use my home phone all that much, just once in a while. I really like the plan I'm on, I pay about $100 for my entire service. I am yet to pay one monthly fee and it's quite convenient. Phone service is just phone service (if that makes any sense). I chose inTalk because of the convenience and so far it has been a wonderful experience.

I am new to VoIP. inTalk was the first company I decided to go with. I made this decision based on the positive reviews and their good deal. I pay about $200 for an entire year of service. This is compared to the $48 I spent each month with Verizon. The first thing that impressed me was the speed of shipping. I used the ground shipping option and got the adapter in two days. Setting up the adapter was simple, I didn't need to look at any guides and I'm in no way a technical person. Since using intalk's service the call quality we have experienced has been great. I use my home phone just to make basic calls and I've been surprised at how good the call quality is. One of the benefits in going with intalk was the fact it was cheaper, but now when I look at the whole picture intalk has made my life easier.

Hands down when I compare intalk to Verizon's triple play, intalk wins. It was nice that Verizon handled one bill for three services. But when I realized that I was overpaying (which took way too long, over 2 years) I decided to split everything. I only kept Verizon for internet service and I'm paying about $38 each month. The other two services are with DIRECTV (directly) and intalk. I pay intalk about $14 each month and its far better than Verizon. With Verizon I had to pay extra for calls to my family in Ohio (I'm currently in California) and they would charge all these ridiculous fees on me. This is not the case with intalk, I know what I'm paying for and love the fact that the adapter comes free. I looked at Vonage when I was planning to switch to VoIP and they wanted to charge me like $30 for the adapter. I've used intalk since august and have been happy with all aspects of the company's service. No more Verizon for me or my family.

InTalk deserves 5 stars all around. Their are quite a few home phone service providers to choose from and they offer very competitive deals, it was tough to choose Intalk at first. Although after checking their site out I thought it would be nice to try. They have a 30 day guarantee which helped. So even though they are not the cheapest, Intalk is still far cheaper than what I was paying before. Quite frankly I'd be kind of scared to pay so little for home phone service because I need it to work and don't want to have poor call quality. I got my adapter box in 3 days and all I had to do was plug it into my router and phone and after about 30 seconds I was able to start calling perfectly. I've emailed their support a few questions and they were fast to respond, they offer a great service. At this moment it clearly looks like I made the best decision. It also feels good not paying Qwest for phone service.

The main reason I changed phone service providers was because of price. After paying too much to Time Warner I decided to start shopping around for a new phone provider, largely because of all the Vonage commercials I see everywhere. I did not go with Vonage because they were kinda pricy and I was worried that I was going to be treated like a typical Time Warner customer. After about a week of talking to people and visiting sites on the net, I chose intalk. I purchased their services online and I received my adapter in about 3 days. The instructions to setup the adapter were fairly simple, and all calls sound terrific. Looking back I have trouble understanding why more people don't use VoIP, I'm happy and Intalk deserves 5 stars.

I found Intalk on whichvoip when I was searching for a new phone company after I realized that VoIP is the way to go. Based on the web site and some of the positive reviews I chose intalk. The setup was simple and they shipped the adapter to me pretty fast. I was kind of worried that I was going to get what I paid for when going with a cheap phone company but that is not the case with intalk - the linksys adapter is nice and the service works very well. Until now I have been quite impressed by intalk's service and recommend them.

I became a Vonage VoIP customer last year and have been a great fan of VoIP when compared to regular expensive phone service. I can confidently say that intalk has been far better than Vonage and words can't describe how much better than my Comcast phone service. Setting the service up was easy and what I get for the amount of money I spend is phenomenal. The quality of calls are great and the adapter they give is much better than the one I used with Vonage. The adapter from intalk is a linksys compared to Vonage's cheap no-brand model. Like many companies I'm sure intalk isn't perfect but from what I've seen so far they are very close. I received the adapter in about 2 days and chose the ground shipping option. All I had to do was plug the adapter into my router and the service worked. It wasn't like Vonage where I had to call and speak to their support team for about 30 minutes just to setup.

This is my first VoIP service and I am more than satisfied with InTalk! I had some minor setup problems due to Time Warner's config, but the Customer Service folks were unbelievably helpful, patient and friendly. In fact, I'm so impressed that I'm going to change my service plan from monthly to annual and save even more. I definitely recommend InTalk.

We decided to switch to VoIP phone service because of the cost savings and the fact that we were able to still keep our phone number. Based on the reviews we went with intalk and the service has been phenomenal. The call quality is great and setup was very easy. I thought making a switch to a new phone provider was going to be a hassle although this was not the case with intalk. They handled switching my number over and I have no reason to look back at my first phone provider, Verizon.
