I had the pleasure of dealing with the Improcom team while testing SIP Trunking and have to admit that on a simple verbal commitment they were dedicated to ensuring our testing was successful. Alex at support was always available for help whenever needed!

Been around the block with several providers. Became frustrated with untimely customer service, "surprises" on my other invoices. When I started with Improcom, it's been a pleasure dealing with someone who knew exactly what functionality would work for my businesses, was punctual and extremely supportive. Now I know why they don't need to advertise.

Improcom is the best VoIP service I have ever used. After trying about 5 different companies no one even came close to the extraordinary customer service that was provided by this company. Highly recommended!
