We have used Jive for several years, saved lots of money. System will do most anything a business would need or want. Tech staff is well trained and very patient with us "non-techies". Don't get the cheapest phone, Polycom 320 is not user friendly, but the system itself is great. We can have our calls go all over the country and the clients think we are sitting in the office. Would recommend to anyone

After a lengthy search, I settled on Jive Comm. Now, after 18 months of service with them, I've been a very happy client. The sound quality is wonderful. The people are very knowledgeable to work with. I plan on being a client for many years to come. My best feature is the "follow me" feature, where I can have the phone ring on my cell at the same time it rings on my work line. Good for when I am out of the office (I an a solo operator).

We are very pleased that we choose Jive as our phone provider. Upon signup, they walked us through getting the system set up and gave a concise overview of the features offered and how to access them. I would highly recommended Jive as a phone provider as we have had no problems so far with either their service or their product.

I run a small staffing firm and as such live on the phone. In the last two years there have been very few issues and when there were, the service department responded back immediately. They helped us to configure for the most economical use of phone lines and convenience for our customers. Initially I had a quality issue and it turned out to be my cable provider. Jive was on the phone with me and Cablevision until Cablevision rectified the issues. The cable company wanted ?proof? of it being their fault and Jive provided the backup. The sound is truly ?high def?. I have recommended the service to my peers in other similar businesses. I have been told that the system is very professional and my customers LIKE the on hold music. I highly recommend Jive for small business needs.

We are happy with Jive and we don't really have any complaints about the service. The only issue we can see is that if the Internet goes out then that means are phones are also out, but that's not really Jive's fault.

Jive's VoIP service works beautifully and has great sound quality. I make and receive calls to/from the US, while sitting outside the US, with both of my Linux soft-phones (Jitsi and Bria 3). Their sales and customer service is impeccable, providing a professional service while speaking clear English to you - no outsourced, hard-to-understand English. Alongside the high-quality service, their prices are very competitive. I strongly recommend Jive as a VoIP solution - especially for small businesses like mine.

Jive was extremely communicative prior to the installation of our VoIP system. They sent many emails, keeping me up to date on when to expect what to happen. An agent spent an hour on the phone with me, explaining and helping me set up the phone system configurations. After our phone numbers were ported we experienced some minor issues, but the Jive support staff were available to assist every time we needed them. If they could not answer the phone when I called they returned my call in less than 15 minutes. They responded quickly to emailed questions, also. They were extremely helpful in all respects. So far (it's only been four days) our system is quite reliable. We are very satisfied with our switch to Jive.

I've been working with a few different phone companies over the past 6 months and JIVE is the one who stood out the most. It's month to month, so there is no hassle with a contract. The customer service is outstanding. I've always been able to talk to someone when I call and if I ever had to leave a voicemail, I've always been contacted within 24 hours to get the problem resolved. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. Not only is the customer service great, but the cost is even better!

Customer service is very prompt in emailing back and giving you a solution to whatever issue you have. They have a number of really great features at a very reasonable price point. They include call queues, efax, conference rooms and several others features that most other companies charge for separately. I have found that the call queues work very well. They have a lot of features within them that make them really helpful in our call center. The expandability of Jive is really great. We use it day to day for our small business and we use it for a major call center for disaster relief. We are able to add soft phones and hard phones relatively quickly if we need more. The sound quality is really pretty good. We have had a couple of times people have complained about a bad connection, but that has been rare. We did have one day shortly after we joined in March that Jive went down for about 5-10 minutes, but we haven't seen any major problems since. Customer service is very slow to answer the phone. I don't think I have ever gotten someone when I call. I just wait in a queue until I grow impatient and hang up. If you leave a message they generally get back to you rather quickly. I have found emailing is the best way. Overall I find Jive to be a good solid company with a lot of great extra features. I know they are working to make their reporting have more features and I?m patiently waiting to use those changes. They kindly take ideas and are consistently working to develop their system to meet the needs of their customers.
