Awful

They are awful. Terrible. Very bad. Stay away. Their network is totally unreliable. I have had problems in getting the most basic things to work.

Didn't Give Me a Refund

After giving Correct send to address, the package had wrong address and got lost in the mail. Requesting a refund and cancellation of their ongoing service. Haven't received my refund yet!

VISITOR/PROVIDER FEEDBACK:

Victoria (December 13th 2024) : Never got my phone, still they charged me $100 and they charged me $49 per month and $495 for the year. Like I said, never got the phone.

Awful!

Had this base and plugged in for a week! Sent it back and paid a ridiculous amount, was told I'd get a refund (partial) once the base returns. Then was told the base didn't pass any of the "tests", absolute garbage. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

Horrible service

This is a scam. They tell you that you can cancel at any time. They charge you extensive fees for canceling. You have to pay a large amount to send the base back. They keep what they charged you for the base even though it was never used. The account was canceled before 24 hours. Never had a phone number. Nothing. Yet they expect you to pay for full service.

Poor product and poor service

Had the service for a couple of weeks, (Pro) set up was easy but the rest is beyond words. Con's is a long list: If we don't answer on the first ring it hangs up, people calling can't hear us the line has buzzing sounds all the time. Went to extend the ring to the max amount of 6 rings requested it on a Wednesday and by Friday still not completed and then requested again on Friday now it is a Monday and still no change, so called customer service and I wont go into details how that went. My parents are in their late 80's and there is no way they can get to the phone in one ring. The tech service is just as poor as the product. When I first saw the reviews Community was number two on the list - I would hate to think who is number 3 and lower.

This company is not service oriented. Setting up the phone is not user-friendly. Customer service is available at odd hours. On multiple occasions, I was unable to access my voicemails. I could not use my phone with the service, so I had to purchase a Community phone. Unfortunately, the Community handset does not work.

Easiest set up I have ever seen

This landline base connects automatically to the nearest cell tower when plugged in, which is the easiest thing I have ever seen for a device installation. Just plug it in, and let it sit to allow the rechargeable battery to fully charge (in case of power outages you will still be able to make phone calls for up to 12 hours). Then plug in your landline phone and pick up your handset and hear the dial tone and make your calls. Could not have been any easier and I highly recommend this for someone who needs a home phone line service!
