Poor Comminucation

Service was good with no issues except the Caller ID Name quit working. Their resolution was to 'stop' that feature instead of resolving it. Only gave me credit for one month without this feature. Then to add insult they renewed my service with a price increase without giving me a 'heads up' they were going to raise the price.

I have AxVoice for my home VoIP service provider, and I think it is the best. I have compared it against other services and know it offers the best features and excellent call quality at a very affordable price. Also, the equipment is free and you do not need to switch any number.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company! While they offer a 15 day money back guarantee it is worthless because you won't be able to use the service during the 15 days. I signed up more than 6 weeks ago and they still have not ported my phone number. I am afraid I will end up paying for a year of service and the cancellation fee. What a rip off. Learn from my mistake and save the time, money and aggravation. Their customer service is non-existent. They say they have live chat but that service apparently no longer exists. The only option to contact them is email and their response time and rate is horrible. Please take my advice and stay away from this company!
