Excellent Service

I have nothing but good news to report about the service and personnel behind the service. From day one, installation was simple, service continues without any problems, never had to make a service call, for over a year now. Sound is absolutely excellent, never a glitch nor a dropped call. I am indeed very satisfied, 1-VoIP.

Easy and feature rich

I signed up with the impression that adding a number to my account would allow for two separate accounts - separate voice mail, forwarding etc. But the virtual number is basically just a second number to dial the same account. I am not sure why anyone would need or want that, but anyway it looks like I will not be able to get rid of my Skype number after all. Still for a main land line replacement, this is an excellent option.

Great!

Free equipment arrived fast, just plugged it in and it worked. Ported my number over in just a few days. Calls are clear and so many features included! Called them a few times with questions and someone picked up immediately and answered everything clearly. I had zero features with ATT, and was paying three times what I am now, so I'm very satisfied! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great Service with a Great Price

My family significantly reduced our monthly home phone bill by switching to 1-VoIP. The set up was quick and easy and the system has worked flawlessly since that time. 1-VoIP provides a great service at a very competitive price. I they are very customer oriented by developing great customer relationships. The guy I spoke with couldn't have been more friendly, helpful or well informed. If you are in the market for an internet based phone system I very highly recommend trying 1-VoIP, I very seriously doubt that you will be disappointed.

Over 10 years of great service

I have been with 1-VoIP since it was VYLmedia and have had few service interruptions during this time! The times that I have experienced problems, customer service responded immediately to resolve them. My first experience was with another well known VOIP service and the customer service was lousy at best. My calls would be routed to customer service departments, seemingly, all over the world until I would finally give up. I have remained loyal to 1-VoIP because of their very good customer service.

This company does everything they commit too and the people are easy and friendly to work with. I wish I had changed years ago. If you have a major nation wide provider, you need to change now. You will not be disappointed.

I've had this service for a few months. It is better than any landline service I've ever used and I wouldn't switch if you paid me. Their customer service is first rate and the sound quality is awesome. Unlike some other services, your computer does not need to be powered on to use the phone. The FREE, supplied, plug and play adapter takes care of that for you and you can't beat the price.

I've been with 1-VOIP for about a year now and I've never thought about it. I've never had an issue, never had connectivity problems, always got voice mails and never thought about sound quality because it was as good as a land line (if I remember what that sounds like).

Great performance! Great support! I wish their ordering was a little better, but that is the ONLY gripe I've had, and it's very minor compared to the competition!
