Great performance! Great support! I wish their ordering was a little better, but that is the ONLY gripe I've had, and it's very minor compared to the competition!

we love 1-VOIP and are so glad we found it and got off AT&T. The guys who answer the phone are so patient and helpful. They always help solve any questions. Can't get over it. When I got off the phone with AT&T I always felt bad. With 1-VoIP I always feel relieved.

The best!

I've used a number of VoIP services over many years, had numerous problems but stuck with them because I thought my location in a rural area was the problem. Not so! Have had almost no problems with 1-VoIP, including when using the service on my VoIP phone in Mexico. Customer/tech service has always been extremely responsive and helpful. It's a great service; highly recommended.

I shopped around quite a bit and 1-VoIP seems pretty hard to beat for the money. I have had a few minor issues since becoming their customer, but they've always been very responsive in getting them resolved promptly.

Good move for us

We made the switch from AT&T and needed a VoIP system. We chose 1-VOIP and didn't regret it. We needed technical support and received it from them on a Saturday evening, and the person who helped us walked me through the procedure and we were up in no time. Thank you.

Very solid service

I have had this service for about six years. I selected them when I wanted to move away from Vonage, mainly because of price. I have found their service to be excellent. I can talk to a real human, IN THE USA, without waiting a long time listening to tedious music and they resolve problems quickly with a sunny disposition. Their plans are also very cost effective, especially if you're planning to call overseas occasionally.
