I have mostly good comments, but a few suggestions for improvements also. I appreciate the customer support that 1-VoIP gives when you have a problem, and the quality of the phone calls is phenomenal. Another thing I like about 1-VoIP is that if you should get your own adapter, the password that you choose for accessing the web site is the same password you use to put in your VoIP adapter, and this is not always true of many VoIP providers, as many of them have an attitude of awe-awe-awe, we told you not to touch that, as though you are a small child. But 1-VoIP does not have this attitude. The only criticism I have is that the voice mail is very old, and I get confused when they talk about which extension do you want, etc., when call forwarding, but other then that, 1-VoIP is very good, and is extremely reliable. Thank you for the excellent service

We've had 1-VoIP for 6 months now, and are extremely happy with the service. The quality of the calls are as good as our landline was, and we have never had a dropped call. Our HP Fax also works fine with the service. We needed to contact Customer Support regarding changing our password for the voicemail, and the call was answered right away, and the voicemail change was completed in a couple of minutes. No problems with the service. It just works great! Would recommend to everyone!

In the middle of me trying to start a VoiP app I inadvertently messed something up, not sure what. Moments later I received an email from a 1-VoIP technician informing me that he had a flag that something was not right on my end. I dont recall the exact terms or I would be a VoIP tech and not what I do now...anyhow. A short explanation to the tech of what I was attempting, he helped me set up my app, made recommendations, I'm on my way. He contacted me before I got to the point of finally giving up. Nice work 1-VoIP!

When we had an issue they responded immediately. They were in the office on Presidents day. And they are VERY nice to deal with.

When I ordered service, I received their modem and called them for help to set up as they told me. I was able to get help as soon as I called with a live person and with clear, patient instructions was able to get everything completed easily. Anytime I've ever had a question or needed help, there was always a live tech support person to help walk me through whatever help I needed. They did not leave my phone call until everything was resolved. Amazing nowadays! I tell people all the time about the excellent service, great features included in the phone service such as telephone number blocking and other great help so that I only get phone calls I want about 90% of the time. The price is so reasonable it's so affordable which I appreciate so much being retired and living on social security, retirement, with medical costs so high and COL rising very quickly in our area, irrespective of what the White House tells us. Thank you 1-VoIP!

I was able to order online, which was very easy, pay online, also very easy with credit card. The router came in the mail and was very easy to hook up to my Verizon router and phone. It took no time for everything to work but took 2 weeks for my existing number to be ported. The voice quality is just as good as it was with Verizon and the customer service people I spoke with were very friendly, helpful and knew the answers to my questions. Very happy I cut the expensive cord with Verizon. I only have Internet with them now because I installed a digital antenna and got Amazon Prime with 1-VoIP and more than cut my monthly bill in half and very happy with all my new services. Thanks 1-VoIP, glad I took a chance. Being on disability this really helped me have all the conveniences at the least cost possible that I know of.

Customer Service is top-notch. Not on hold waiting for help. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. After buying the unit, and first year of service, our landline averages $10 per month with unlimited long distance to Canada and the US. Amazing, compared to our average of $60 per month. Wish we would have switched long ago. Magic Jack told us we could keep our landline number from Bell, but couldn't. 1-VoIP did keep our number, I love this service. Highly recommend!

1-VOIP is great. It never crashes like the other service I used to have, plus the price is very reasonable.
