I've been a customer since 2007 and have had excellent service. There are times when I've had problems making international calls but their customer service has always been excellent to respond to my problems and to make sure they are resolved in a timely manner. They don't have as many fancy features as other providers but they provide consistent, reliable, and reasonably priced service.

I've had 1-Voip for about a year and a half and have been very pleased with their service. Would prefer having an address book, but otherwise they're great.

Great Service

I was looking to cut my phone bill with my past land line provider (through my internet provider) and searched the internet for alternatives. I decided to give VoIP technology a try and as 1-VoIP seemed highly rated, they were my first choice. I'm so pleased I did! The website gave clear instructions about the steps that would be involved in porting my number over. The only hiccups were that I'm not very technologically-savvy so when the little box arrived in the mail for me to connect my phone to the modem, I struggled a bit. The instructions didn't quite match the cords I had or my modem/router (I have an Apple AirPort). I searched the internet for alternative instructions and had to think it through logically to get it figured out. The customer service I have received from 1-VoIP has been outstanding. I ended up getting charged by the courier company extra taxes/duties for the delivery and when I contacted 1- VoIP to ask about this was told this was a very unusual occurrence and they credited my account immediately. Quality of the phone calls has been excellent and although I'm paying much less for my land line now, I'm getting lots more options. Like, NO long distance charges for me to call from Canada to my family in the US! I'm so happy I made the switch!

IN my opinion, 1-VOIP provides excellent home phone service. They were readily available by phone when I had questions and their customer service staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to understand.

Delivers as promised!

I've tried a couple of other well known VOIP service providers. 1-VOIP is the best by FAR. Unlike some of the more well known competitors, they deliver as promised, provide excellent support, and are very reliable. They are an impressive step above the others.

Service is Number 1

I have been using this service since the Fall of 2007. Recently I had a few glitches with my phone adapter. Their service staff showed a tremendous amount of patience and knowledge in getting the issue resolved. It goes without saying, the value for the money is beyond 5 stars.

Infrequent use but reliable when needed

I dont use this line often, it's kind of a back up. But I got excellent service when setting up the account, only time I needed it, and it has worked reliably since.

Great Service. I would never think that VoIP would sound so good. Bye bye phone company. I love how you can add the softphone app and make/receive calls anywhere.
