Reviewers Comments: I wasn't going to take the time to submit a review but I don't want anyone to go through what we are going through with Fonality. The biggest issue is that they have alot of new people in sales and in service/installation which creates a nightmare to resolve any issues along with the fact that they will not provide direct extensions of any customer service rep so each time you call and get in a queue you never get the same person twice. You also get in email exchanges too often verses a real person who understands how to solve a problem. It is a huge waste of time trying to get this system up and running. Very painful and if we had it to do over again, I would not buy Fonality no matter how good the price and or functionality may seem...it is not worth the aggrevation. No one seems to know what is going on or how to really solve a customers problem. They sell a phone and that is about it!! It takes them forever to answer and if they drop your call, you are back in the que again as I discovered several times. Overall we are unsatisfied with how the system was sold and promised to us. We have had to spend more money to get what we thought we already had purchased. The sales team does not have any power to really assist you as much as they would like to think they do. All support comes from the Phillipines...and they have scripts that don't really seem to help much. We don't have time for this anymore and we will be getting another system as soon as this contract is up. Protect your business - do not go with Fonality.

Reviewers Comments: This is the worst phone company I have ever dealt with! My business is phone intensive and we experience outages every month. Thankfully I am now changing carriers. Stay away from Fonality!!!

Reviewers Comments: I wasn't going to take the time to submit a review but I don't want anyone to go through what we are going through with Fonality. They sold us up front on capabilities and then did a bait and switch on the quote so that what they told us we were going to get was not part of the lower-priced quote. Lesson learned. Go down the checklist of items they promise next time. Then we started having to deal with their technical support for a bunch of small issues with calls and remote VOIP access. Let me just put it this way - if you ever have to call technical support - pack a lunch. It takes them forever to answer and if they drop your call, you are back in the que again as I discovered several times. Overall we are unsatisfied with how the system was sold and promised to us and the bait and switch on the quote. The sales team pretty much drops you like a bad cold after you sign and send them money. Then you get to deal with the most awful support que ever. We don't have time for this anymore and we will be getting another system as soon as this contract is up. Protect yourself - do not go with Fonality.

Reviewers Comments: I own a small business with two remote locations, and recently relocated my main office from Texas to Colorado. I anticipated a nightmare, with troubles porting my primary numbers, difficulties getting remote sites up and running with IP phones and softphones. My experiences with a switch to Fonality were much, much better than I expected. We had a seamless transition. My numbers were ported in five days, and before the switch took place. They forwarded my main number to a secondary rollover number on my prior system and we didn't miss a call. The install of everything went extremely well. Sure, there was some router troubleshooting and such, but that was to be expected. Everything works great. Sound quality is great. I couldn't be happier.
