Reviewers Comments: I selected Aptela as my VoIP provider about six months ago. I chose them for their
feature set, which was very attractive. I thought at the time it was enough to offset the
fact that their prices are a little higher, but I probably haven't used all the extra
features I've paid for. Still, the reliability has been ok, though the customer service is
usually extremely poor. I'm not completely ecstatic about them, but still, I'm saving money
using VoIP instead of a landline. |
