Very bad customer service

I had used Rebtel for calling internationally. I wasn't notified in any way that Rebtel service was not working. I had got a bill for calling internationally from my service provider and Rebtel refused to help. Although it was Rebtel who is at fault for not providing active service. I came to know that I have international charges because they didn't work after looking at the huge bill I have. Rebtel claims that I should have notified them that the service was not working, whereas I realized that after looking at my monthly bill. I had no idea that it wasn't working as I had paid for Rebtel services and was relying on them to provide a good service while making an international call. I had chosen the option of call with Rebtel and then made the international call. The customer service is very very poor. I am stuck with this huge bill while I had paid for their service and yet they didn't cover it.

Cheap International Calling

I love Rebtel as they are saving me a lot of money on my international calls. I had been using calling cards previously and they were decent but a bit inconvenient to use and re-charge. Rebtel is saving me at least 60% over my previous service. I make a lot of calls to Europe and this is the cheapest method I have found to date. It also works very well. Have tried Vonage in the past as they push the "unlimited" international calling features of their residential VoIP service but it costs about $25/month after the introductory period expires and I can get a good home VoIP service for less than $10/month. So Rebtel combined with my home VoIP service is the perfect bundle. The mobile app is also very good. Very happy with Rebtel.

VISITOR/PROVIDER FEEDBACK:

Charlie (April 24th 2018) : The Unlimited monthly subscriptions have a limitation of calling 30 unique numbers only per month. So is limited on an aspect. The frustrating part is that it is well hidden in their site and you need to dig for hours to find it.
