I emailed and spoke with a tech, about an issue I had last July. That phone line issue resurfaced again. I emailed the same tech and he remember the whole problem in detail and jumped on this large issue/problem. Almost no explanation was required. He knew what to do, emailed me he would fix it and let me know when done. He emailed and called to advise that this problem was fixed. His memory, good work and GREAT customer service really saved me a lot of stress and time.

Bandwidth itself can often be very unreliable, our CEO's call have dropped multiple times which is not ideal. However the customer service is INCREDIBLY reliable and helps us pay our bill on time every time.

Bandwidth.com is very competitive and works very well for our current needs. However, they are not perfect for everybody. If your outbound calling volume is very low, or if you don't have static IP, or if you absolutely require T.38 support, then look elsewhere. But if you want reliable SIP trunks at a fair price, with overall decent customer service (technical support is top-notch but sales/billing is not so much) and smooth provisioning (LNP/tollfree porting, E911, etc.) then Bandwidth.com is a solid choice.
