Customer Service is excellent. They take ownership of issues and are willing to work with the customer to get things right. I love the fact that they allow the use of soft phones as I travel out of the country for work and use a soft phone client on my iPhone to call back to the US

VYL is the best VOIP service on the planet. Faced with a move where my long time phone number exchange was not available, VYL made it my primary number, provided a second number free of charge and did it all in just a few days. More features that any other VOIP service, able to use overseas and make calls free to US using a free SIP service on my Iphone, Customer service that answers the first time you call and is in the US, and a price that has not changed in 3 years... makes VYL absolutely the top service in the USA.

Signed up for the service so that I could call from anywhere in the world. I have been to very small countries in Africa and call home or make other important call back home as if I were siting at home. Since day one I have tried to convince people VYL is the cheapest way to go and it is. I have talked people out of using Vonage, I have only had to contact VYL customer support 2 times in over 3 years, once when the router died, was replaced overnight mail, and when I needed to give a new card for payment. It's an American company with American support right here in the US. I can't believe people use land lines...

It used to be the sound quality was so bad that I have been forwarded all my calls to my cell. So that defeated the purpose of having a VOIP line to begin with. Then one day I decided to get a new phone. Bingo! All problems solved. I was kicking myself for waiting that long to be able to enjoy the high quality and low cost calls (including international!)

I have used 2 other voip providers, Vonage & Voip.com. If you are considering a different provider, DO NOT HESITATE. I got started up with VYL Media / Voip Your Life & never looked back. By Far they are the best I have used. From the first initial phone call to Allen @ VYL Media I felt like I was at home. All of the staff is friendly and sincerely want you to have a good experience. I feel like I know all of the staff on a first name basis. You can get someone on the phone usually within 1 minute if you ever have any questions or how to set anything up. I am now saving over $1200 a year, compared to my Verizon accounts. You have all of the features you will ever need & incase you forget to forward your Voip phone to your cell, just call them up on the phone & they will do it for you! I am not a sales rep for this company. I just know how frustrated I was with the other providers and how good it is now!

No fuss, no muss. 99.9999% up time. Great audio quality. Amazingly responsive & friendly customer service. The International plan is an excellent value IMHO. Did A lot of shopping and at the time there wasn't a lot of feed back but what was there was good. I hadn't heard of these guys at all before my searching so I was a bit apprehensive but it turned out to be an incredibly good choice for VOIP service. It just works.

I was wary at first about switching from Verizon to a VoIP service, so I did a lot of research first. VYL Media has been a great choice, both in terms of technical quality and company integrity. The price is great, and the bill is simple -- they did not surprise me with extra fees. I highly recommend them.

Afer years of use the telephone modem gave out. I got a new modem replacement in only 2days after a simple verification. Now, that's prompt and efficient service.
