Awful. One month into this new service. We've had service outages, twice, took almost four months from order to service start date, continous problems with phone set up and pbx issues. Days go by with open work orders - One Comm is completely inable to address issues in any timely fashion. Days go by speaking to numrous "engineers" to figure out our issues. When we call Customer Service to open a repair ticket, we have to convince them that it is in fact their leased equipment and that they do in fact host our pbx and therefore their problem to fix. Unless you want to wrestle with their 3 year contract and baby sit a problematic phone system day in and day out - I stronly suggest you glance at better rated service providers.
