Have been with Jive for a long time. July 2008 they really had some growing pains it looks
like but they are a great company to work with. Its been rock solid except for a few
hiccups in July 2008.
Jive has not been helpful for our business whatsoever. The service is shaky and unreliable
and that is completely unacceptable when it comes to running a business. I cannot maintain
very important calls and its costing me thousands. I don't suggest using Jive for your
phone purposes.
I had some issues with call quality and when I tried to contact customer support I was
dealt with in a very childish manner. I have since moved to another provider and am much
happier with their service. Jive came recommended to me but I must say that I was mislead.
Jive was a decent provider at first but then I started to experience problems. After not
being able to get the problems permanently resolved I decided to switch providers.
We had a very good experience with customer service. The building our offices are in has old
wiring and we had many problems totally unrelated to JIVE Communications VoIP service and
they were very helpful with troubleshooting some of these issues. I would
definitely
recommend them.
