Easy Office Phone Reviews by Business VoIP Users

We switched from another provider over to easy office phone in November 2012. Setup took time but was comprehensive. The most important components for us was the service and technical support in which they did not fall short. There are various ways to contact them. Email, ticket submission, online chat and by phone. They are open pass your conventional office hours. There online user portal took a little navigation but I love it. As a growing business, from an operational standpoint, how your clients and others are able to communicate with you is extremely important.

A little difficult to get set-up up and running, but all workse well once it was set up properly I had to make several calls to get everything workng properly

Been with them for a couple month now. Switched from another provider who was really unreliable. Service has been great and no down time. We used the polycom phones we got from the last provier. Setting up the main menu for our business was very straight forward.

Been with Easy office phone for 2 years now and the service is solid and reliable. The new web interface tools are a big improvement over what was available last year.

After an awful experience with RingCentral, it was such a relief to get set up with EasyOfficePhone and have good VOIP phone service.

Great provider overall I think. We had already purchased some linksys phones and it was fairly easy to set them up (took about 5 minutes per phone). We are saving money vs verizon. The auto attendant configuration portal is fairly easy to use.

I came to this site to find a business phone service provider and I have to say that overall I am really happy with this company. Everything has been working smoothly and I like the features.

We ordered 4 of their aastra phones from them. Everything worked well except I couldn't get the phone to work at my house. They said the router I had was not compatible with their service. I replaced the router and that fixed it and now the phone works properly. I like this service though.

Our voicemail system in the office completely failes and we had to replace it quik! Got the phones the next day by courer.

My sales rep has been so nice through the whole transition to easy office phone. I know I am not the most technical of people and I have probably called the poor fellow like 15 times in the last two weeks asking questions about how to setup the phones and use the buttons etc. After reading the reviews on this website I was still scared to go down this path because I am not very technical and I was worried that might get stuck without phone service. Last week Ray spend over an hour on the phone with helping me setup the 4 phones. I am impressed.

Ok, I was through the ringer with VOIP providers. First tried another provider (before finding a VoIP review site), the service stunk...very poor quality, turns out the jitter was caused by the underlying carrier right at their location. They DID honor their 30 day money back guarantee. Then I used this VoIP site to find easyofficephone. Very nice on the phone, responsive to my MANY weird questions, even let me do traceroutes and ping tests to their servers to be sure the jitter was acceptable. It was great. They did try to sell me the phones, but I bought Linksys phones instead, they were fine with that. After a month, we are VERY satisfied and are porting our numbers over. Steve Skolnick Associates

The setup of my service was fairly simple and the tech guy was helped me was pleasant. The setup instructions were easy to follow including the recording of my main menu and the voicemail boxes.

really good group of people, good sound quality and reliability, nice features. I think it's the customer service tho that really stands out. they're are super nice people and even when we have problems which is rare they always do their best to help us. I was with another of the providers on this site (no names!) before and their feature set was comparable to Easy Office, but their customer service didn't come close. easy Office really has great people I think that is the difference.

Been with this company for 4 months now. We have been really happy with the company and the service so far. The sound quality has been very good. We had a few issues with features like the call transfers not working but they resolved them by having us upgrade the firmware on our router.

After trying many of the current hosted VOIP PBX providers on the market, I can tell you for sure that Easy Office Phone is the best! Getting setup was easy - they do all the work for you. Many hosted PBX providers don't have features that we were used to taking advantage of every day (paging, company wide speed dials, Busy Lamp fields/extension status lights). Easy Office Phone has all of these standard PBX features, plus things like online call records, fax to email service and find me/follow me which we couldn't get from any traditional PBX. We've had sound quality issues with many other VoIP providers in the past, but not with Easy Office Phone -- no jitter/quality issues and no down time. Their low monthly prices and great selection of phones were some other reasons we switched. Bottom line: you'll be sorry if you choose any provider other than this company.

The hardware (57i CT) is fantastic. Every consumer report we read stated this and we confirm it as well! The clarity of service for VOIP is unparalleled. The speed of product delivery was excellent. Customer support is extremely knowledgeable! Turnaround times have been wonderful. From a technical end, they further assisted in setting up our softphones to allow for even more flexibility via our laptops when we're out of the office. (We can make, receive and transfer calls remotely) It's easy to subscribe and easy to setup. We're just so impressed all around... keep up the great work!!! Amazing company! If you're undecided go with these guys. You won't regret it in the least. They're just amazing and true to their name, they make it easy for you!

I am very happy with them the voice quality is really good which is very important for our business. they don't have as many features as some providers but I am realizing I don't really mind, they focus on providing a really great product instead of trying to impress you with features you won't use. by the way that is true for me as well, I went in with this huge feature list but you know what, I have never needed most of them. finally their cust. service is very friendly and helpful.

We got setup with Easy Office Phone 4 months ago. Our sales representative was very nice and helped us setup our system with us over the telephone. The features of this service are amazing and actually useful! We had trouble setting up one of our astra telephones that we bought but the support agent walked us through it.

Easy Office phone service was pretty easy to get set up, but ever since not a single thing has been easy. The system keeps failing on me and for some reason it seems like nothing can be done to correct this problem. I have had such a variety of problems that I cannot even say that any part of their service is particularly reliable. I suggest avoiding Easy Office if at all possible.
