It's core focus is on hosted PBX service and SIP trunking services, plus a web-based virtual call center solution that is both flexible and customizable.
Easy Office Phone have flexible solutions for varying business types, from the long standing scenario of employees having their own dedicated phone line to more modern business scenarios of shared lines and mobile workforces. A 24/7 ticketing support system is available plus live chat and phone support available Monday through Friday with 11 hour coverage window each day. Support is North America based which we consider a positive. First I must explain that I was signed up to another US based VOIP service provider for a full 2 years prior to switching to Easy Office Phone. Since November 2012 I have been thrilled with the quality customer service which include, friendly technical support, chat support and best of all the friendly and helpful service to all of my questions and challenges from my sales representative at all times. We switched from another provider over to easy office phone in November 2012. Setup took time but was comprehensive. The most important components for us was the service and technical support in which they did not fall short. There are various ways to contact them. Email, ticket submission, online chat and by phone. They are open pass your conventional office hours. There online user portal took a little navigation but I love it. As a growing business, from an operational standpoint, how your clients and others are able to communicate with you is extremely important.

Been with them for a couple month now. Switched from another provider who was really unreliable. Service has been great and no down time. We used the polycom phones we got from the last provier. Setting up the main menu for our business was very straight forward.

After an awful experience with RingCentral, it was such a relief to get set up with EasyOfficePhone and have good VOIP phone service.

Great provider overall I think. We had already purchased some linksys phones and it was fairly easy to set them up (took about 5 minutes per phone). We are saving money vs verizon. The auto attendant configuration portal is fairly easy to use.

We ordered 4 of their aastra phones from them. Everything worked well except I couldn't get the phone to work at my house. They said the router I had was not compatible with their service. I replaced the router and that fixed it and now the phone works properly. I like this service though.

After reading the reviews on this website I was still scared to go down this path because I am not very technical and I was worried that I might get stuck without phone service. Last week customer service spent over an hour on the phone with me helping me setup the 4 phones we have in our office. I am impressed and glad now that we made the switch.

The setup of my service was fairly simple and the tech guy was helped me was pleasant. The setup instructions were easy to follow including the recording of my main menu and the voicemail boxes.

really good group of people, good sound quality and reliability, nice features. I think it's the customer service tho that really stands out. they're are super nice people and even when we have problems which is rare they always do their best to help us. I was with another of the providers on this site (no names!) before and their feature set was comparable to Easy Office, but their customer service didn't come close. easy Office really has great people I think that is the difference.
