Reviewers Comments: I was decently happy with my service from Bandwidth but I have never had such terrible customer service experiences. I had my system go down for a day and when I was finally able to call them and inquire as to what was going on I was handled rudely and very unprofessionally. If you want a serious phone service provider this is not the one to go with. | |||

Reviewers Comments: The transition to VoIP phone service was reasonably quick and painless. All our phones were up and running quickly with very little downtime during the installation and set-up.
