Bandwidth itself can often be very unreliable, our CEO's call have dropped multiple times which is not ideal. However the customer service is INCREDIBLY reliable and helps us pay our bill on time every time.

Bandwidth.com is very competitive and works very well for our current needs. However, they are not perfect for everybody. If your outbound calling volume is very low, or if you don't have static IP, or if you absolutely require T.38 support, then look elsewhere. But if you want reliable SIP trunks at a fair price, with overall decent customer service (technical support is top-notch but sales/billing is not so much) and smooth provisioning (LNP/tollfree porting, E911, etc.) then Bandwidth.com is a solid choice.

I would recommend them based on their customer service. They are easy to get a hold of and resolve issues quickly. The call quality is good when it works. We have had numerous routing issues with the service thought...
