My company is a current customer. I am shopping to replace them as our provider. In my opinion this is an aweful company. Issues go unresolved and ignored. its "always" someones elses fault. I find their service to be shameful.

They are a bait and switch company. Be careful they will lie to make the sail and will under perform on the service. read the terms of service and find a different company to work with.. Save yourself the headache unbelievably poor customer service and equally poor management..

I was decently happy with my service from Bandwidth but I have never had such terrible customer service experiences. I had my system go down for a day and when I was finally able to call them and inquire as to what was going on I was handled rudely and very unprofessionally. If you want a serious phone service provider this is not the one to go with.

The transition to VoIP phone service was reasonably quick and painless. All our phones were up and running quickly with very little downtime during the installation and set-up. As a company Bandwidth.com seemed easy to work with and dealt with our numerous questions in a timely manner.
